When Mavey Jaymes first came to Parabl, the foundation had been started, but it wasnt cohesive. They had hired a creative director to shape the brand, but he exited unexpectedly, leaving behind a brand guide that didnt align with the founders heart, conviction, or long-term vision.

Two products were in development. There was no go-to-market strategy. No defined positioning in a highly saturated baby wellness category. No system to scale.

We started with what we call brand therapy.

Through deep discovery, we clarified who Mavey Jaymes was meant to serve, what problem they were uniquely positioned to solve, and how they needed to show up in the world. The initial visual identity and messaging were rebuilt to create true product-market fit not just aesthetically, but strategically.

From there, we architected the business end-to-end.

We developed cinematic commercials, founder storytelling, lifestyle imagery, 3D creative photography, 3D product imagery, and scalable UGC systems. We built a fully customized Shopify experience designed for conversion. We implemented automated backend workflows to streamline operations and fulfillment. We designed product packaging, refined formulations, and aligned every touchpoint with a cohesive brand voice.

We integrated a custom GPT brand assistant to manage customer service and internal brand consistency. We launched and managed paid social campaigns while building a sustainable organic growth engine. Every system was designed not just for launch but for scale.

What began as two early-stage products became a vertically integrated, direct-to-consumer brand positioned to win in a competitive market.
